Are you responsible for training a workgroup in HIPAA or other compliance courses? We offer a group purchase option so managers can save time and money on staff training. Our Group Enrollment & Management feature makes group registrations and payments ridiculously easy.

Bulk buyers may purchase multiple seats for a single course at once. This saves you the time and effort of having to make the purchase individually for each student in a group and from having to re-enter your purchase information over and over.

When courses are purchased in bulk, a  group is automatically created and the course buyer is set as the group leader. The group leader can add/remove students in the group and can track their course progress.

Effortlessly handle group enrollments, assign group leaders, manage course subscriptions, and view progress reports with our comprehensive group registration option.

Group leaders may re-invite members who have been removed, have forgotten their passwords, or have been away from the course for a long while. Both Group Leaders and staffers can download a Certificate of Completion for their records.

Instructions for Group Enrollment

  • Go to the Course page and enter your number of staff members under quantity and select “Add to Cart”
  • Make sure that “Group” is selected.
  • Also if you want to include yourself in the batch, select “Enroll me”.
  • After payment is made, our system will create an account with you as the Group Leader.
  • Group Leaders have a Group Dashboard so they can upload a spreadsheet of email addresses, re-invite users, delete users, monitor each users course progress, and download certificates as you wish.
  • We recommend that you contact your email administrator to “whitelist” this address: to insure 100% delivery prior to uploading your spreadsheet.
  • Upload your spreadsheet. (There is an example to view in the dashboard)  Do not include yourself in the spreadsheet if you selected “Enroll me” at the beginning.  You will already have an account at this point.
  • After you upload your spreadsheet, invitations will be sent to your employees over the course of a couple of hours.  (We do not send them all at once in an instant to prevent overwhelming your email server). You can re-send invitations as many as you want.
  • Sit back and monitor the Dashboard for each users progress.
  • Optionally you may download each employees certificate.  The employee is also able to download the certificate after completing the Quiz.
