Group Enrollment Tips
Some email providers use spam filters that may be sensitive to a large number of incoming emails from one source such as our enrollment program.
To insure that all emails are delivered to all staff members, please “whitelist” the following email addresses with your email provider before enrollment:
If some staff members do not get their invitation email to take the course after enrollment, please contact your email provider to “whitelist” the above addresses and then login to “Re-invite” each user in your Group Registration Dashboard. If you make a typo in an email address, simply delete the user and then select Enroll New User in your Group Registration Dashboard to re-add the user with the correct information.
